Tattoo Aftercare Instructions
After 1 hour, remove bandage and wash with
warm soapy water (DO NOT USE CLOTH). Remove all dried blood, dried ink, ect..
Wash until smooth. Pat dry and apply a thin, even coat of A & D
ointment. Repeat this process every 30 minutes for the first 24 hours. Then
repeat it every hour until the tattoo is healed (everyone
heals differently). When you sleep, loosely wrap with a plastic bag
to prevent the tattoo from drying out. Possible side effect may include itching
or some mild swelling. Should you experience any unusual swelling or if
rash occurs, contact Eternal Ink and your physician immediately!!

Piercing Aftercare Instructions (Non Oral)
Please read the below body piercing aftercare instructions carefully. Do
exactly what they say and your piercing should heal nicely.
1. Keep your newly pierced area clean at all times
2. Clean your piercing twice daily as follows
Remove crust around piercing and on jewelry by soaking a cotton ball with warm water and a small drop of liquid dial anti-bacterial soap. Hold it around the piercing not moving it for at least 5 minutes. When you remove the cotton ball you will see the crusty discharge surrounding your piercing will have dissolved off or loosened up greatly. You can use the cotton ball to remove the remaining crusty discharge. You should not have to try hard to remove this crusty discharge as the cotton ball should of loosened it up for you. If it did not you need to re-apply a wet cotton ball until the discharge is loosened properly. Do not continue until all crust has been removed.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water and rotate jewelry back and forth to allow proper irrigation.
Do not touch your piercing or jewelry with your hands (This includes your finger nails!!). The only time you touch it is when you clean it!
It is normal for your new piercing to have discharge during its healing process. This will stop after a couple of weeks. This should be minimal at most. Your piercing will be slightly red for the first couple of days. If you feel your piercing is not healing correctly or is infected call Eternal Ink Tattoo and your Physician immediately. Fever, major swelling, severe pain and large amounts of puss/discharge could be signs of an infection. Do not use ointments, creams, bactine, peroxide or anything else!! Make sure you clean both sides of your piercing.
